Stone Arch Bridge Festival | June 15, 2015 - June 21, 2015

A Weekend of Art & Music on the Minneapolis Riverfront!

Over it’s 20-year history, the Stone Arch Bridge Festival has grown to be the 3rd largest festival in Minneapolis and is continually named as a “favorite” by the community.  The much loved art, music, and family friendly festival is held each Father’s Day weekend. It is a destination for those looking to take in and shop for unique artwork, listen to great music, and view the beautiful scenery of the Mississippi River.

The Stone Arch Bridge Festival continues in 2015 as an important platform to celebrate and experience art and music on the Minneapolis Riverfront.  The festival is announcing the Riverfront Concerts series, an extended kickoff music series to be held Wednesday-Saturday evenings.

The wide variety of art ensures that there is something to appeal to festival-goers of all ages, tastes, and budgets.

Music

New this year! When you have one of the most spectacular views of the Minneapolis skyline as your backdrop, you have to use it! So we’ve added two more nights of free concerts. Riverfront Concerts will begin on Wednesday night and continue nightly through Saturday night. This exciting addition is fantastic for art and music lovers who can’t get enough of the ambience and energy of the festival. During the day on Saturday and Sunday, over 50 local bands will preform on three different stages on the festival grounds.

Family

It is important to make art an active and fun experience for families.  Fun and engaging family activities will be found in Father Hennepin Park at the foot of the Stone Arch Bridge.

Pop Art – A Father’s Day Car Show

Artistic appreciation has no limits, and our patrons even appreciate the artistic design of cars. The car show hosts an impressive display of classic, imported, and restored cars, featuring the Jaguar Club of MN.
